Eiji is a geneticist and phytochemist to study abscisic acid (ABA) metabolism, transport and signaling. He received his PhD at Nagoya University, Japan.
Honours: Highly Cited Researcher (Plant and Animal Science) in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Handling editor of The Plant Journal (2017-present), Associate editor of Seed Science Research (2018-present), and Academic editor of PeerJ Journal (2012-2017).
